nothing changes

Tesco is now my most hated place to shop. Every weekend without fail, I will find something wrong with my bill AFTER I've paid it, which means I have to run all the way back in the opposite direction to their Customer Service counter to get my refund or make my complaint! There they will ask for the physical item that was overcharged and someone strolls back to the shelf to check (because they don't believe what you tell them). So what are the computers for?

Up front, I want to make it clear, it's not those few cents I'm after. It's that Tesco has infuriated me enough times that I'm not going to let them off the hook anymore. The stories are endless and whenever I'm at Customer Service, I often run into other infuriated customers there demanding their refunds because they've been overcharged or given the standard runaround. I've witnessed people raising their voices, shouting at the poor staff and banging their fists on the table. That's how infuriated they are! Yet their customer service has NEVER improved!

Tesco's main problem is the prices on the shelves DON'T match the barcoded one at the cash register. If you make that mistake once or twice, that's fine. But not week after week after week. Not only that, they're very fond of placing the promo pricing over a non-promo item so you think it's on promo, grab it and after it goes through checkout, you find you've been charged the normal price as that item happens to be placed right over the promo tag! Pretty sneaky, huh? But I gotcha, hahaha!
