Don't you just hate it when you ask family for help and they come up with some lame excuse that even a 3-year-old will not believe? You'd think they would at least have the simple courtesy not to insult your intelligence. They really should give us a little more credit.

But no, it amazes me how simple minds work. If they don't want to help, why not come straight out and say it instead of beating around the bush? They think if they can figure out a lame excuse, we'd be stupid enough to fall for it. I feel very sorry for people like that.
