a friend's strength

Over Chinese New Year, I met up with a few friends that I haven't seen in years. And while that's usually quite refreshing, it was sad to hear that one of friends has been in and out of alcohol rehab after her divorce.

In the good old days, she used to be a really strong person and we all looked up to her for that. Her divorce must've been rather traumatic otherwise I don't think she would be in this state right now.
